Refund policy
Because our items are customized, we do not issue refunds once an item has been shipped (generally within 1 business day of the purchase). If there is anything wrong with the product upon arrival, we will be happy to fix the problem/send you another one free of charge.
Orders that are cancelled before shipping are eligible for full refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If there are any damages or issues, we will send another item free of charge to the customer.
Refunds
Upon cancellation of your order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (generally 3- 5 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
